The Hard Bean Brunch Co Waterfront is a restaurant tenant improvement located along the Vancouver downtown waterfront with outdoor seating views of the Burrard Inlet.

Interior upgrades included reconfigured layouts to improve circulation, updated finishes, and coordination with a new kitchen layout, service areas and seating to support operational efficiency and flow. The design reflects the restaurant’s coastal character while complementing the Hard Bean Brunch Co design aesthetic.
