The Hard Bean Brunch Co Port Moody project involved tenant improvements within an existing commercial base building to support a new restaurant use. The scope included space planning for the combined ground floor units, along with coordination for an exterior patio on the east side of the building to be occupied for dining use in collaboration with the City of Port Moody and property management.
