With over 25 years of local industry experience, Carman was formerly a Principal of Hearth Architectural Inc. Her project experience has spanned over many sectors that include both private and public sectors including project management. With a strong focus on housing in many forms that include market and rental residential and supportive housing, the level of commitment to providing housing choices within a dynamic urban environment is central to Carman’s professional practice. Sustainability through reuse of heritage and character building retention is also central to her interest. Large or small, all clients and project types are valued and she enjoys bringing clarity and resolution in her work. On personal interests, road cycling on the weekends is a must!
