Located at the end of a cul‐de‐sac in the industrial zoned southwest corner of Burnaby just east of Boundary Road, Alesther Metal is a purpose‐built office warehouse. The tilt up construction of the warehouse concrete panels and the steel framed three-storey office also include a freight elevator to access all office levels. The complexity of the steeply sloped site also adds to the contemporary landscape and open lunch seating area at the front of the building.
