Located in the heart of Riley Park neighbourhood in Vancouver, the existing Character house had two stacked units that were in a dilapidated state. The existing house was internally reconfigured to accommodate a duplex and the exterior was fully renovated to include new windows, cladding and re-imagining of the front roof over the entry where a new deck provides outdoor amenity space from the second floor. This corner site also included a detached two car garage that accesses the side street from a driveway.
