This extensive renovation of the existing single family Character house from the turn of the twentieth century was converted into four strata residences. Located in between Mount Pleasant West and Fairview Heights, this Character retention maintained all the original house exterior walls and massing. A modest dormer was added and extensive repairs to the structure was provided to accommodate for the four new strata units of this stacked townhouse. Outdoor spaces are allocated to each unit with ample natural light provided to the Garden units and sunken patios for improved livability.
