This side by side lot development located on East 33rd Street east of Main street includes two Character house retentions and multiple infill developments in the rear of these unique 236 feet deep properties. The site width ranges from 40 feet to just over 43 feet on these two properties. A total of 12 units were developed on both lot with the Character retention buildings converted from single family houses to duplexes.
