This original Character house from the turn of twentieth century was a four unit dwelling unit that was renovated with a high level of retention of the existing features. Windows and cladding were replicated to match the original design while the interior layouts were redesigned to allow for contemporary living with four family sized units in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver.
