This project involves the renovation and expansion of a long-standing commercial property in West Vancouver’s Ambleside Village Centre. Originally constructed in the 1970s, the existing two storey complex is proposed to be modernized with new cladding, windows and a third storey addition at the front of the building facing the Ambleside foreshore in West Vancouver.

This revitalization effort breathes new life into an aging structure, strengthens the local commercial fabric, and supports job creation in a walkable, transit-connected neighbourhood.
