Nestled between Vancouver’s South Main and Riley Park neighbourhoods, this five unit Multiplex residential development is close to the “Fraserhood” amenities of restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. There are two buildings on site with the front building housing three dwelling units and the rear duplex includes side by side units separated by a courtyard with outdoor amenity spaces. This 49.5 feet wide corner site is located at the top of a hill and the roof top decks of the front building enjoys spectacular mountain views of the north shore. Each dwelling unit has ground floor access with three bedroom family sized units. The multiplex is expressed as a contemporary form defined by simple massing and clean lines created by flat roof profiles.
