Located on a prominent corner lot in the Kerrisdale neighbourhood of Vancouver, this Multiplex is R1-1 zoned residential development that reimagines a traditionally single family neighbourhood with multiple dwellings through a carefully composed six-unit courtyard configuration distributed across four buildings.

There are two duplex buildings fronting Larch Street and two single-family dwelling units located at the rear of the site separated by a courtyard space between the buildings. Together, the buildings frame a shared internal courtyard that enhances daylight access, spatial openness, and pedestrian connectivity across the site.

The street-facing duplex buildings are three storeys in height, incorporating private roof decks that extend the outdoor amenity space with city views. The rear single-family homes are two storeys, maintaining a reduced scale toward the interior of the site and along the side street.

Architecturally, the project is defined by a contemporary massing, featuring vertical metal siding with a metal wood look finish that provides a warm west coast feel with robust materials.
