Located on the west side of Vancouver’s Kensington Cedar Cottage, this front and back duplex includes two and a half storey massing with a Craftsman detailing of gable and hipped roofs. A simple exterior palette of white board and batten cladding with dark trim and covered porches establishes a clear street presence.
