This Character retention and new infill housing project is located in Vancouver's west side Kerrisdale community where large lots are common and underutilized. The existing house is proposed for Character retention and relocation on the site and five new Infill single family buildings are proposed in a courtyard development in the rear of the lot. A total of six single family houses will allow for more affordable family sized living in a designed housing community in an established neighbourhood.
