The original strip mall of King George Highway in Surrey City Centre has many fast-food standalone buildings from the 1950s and the 1960s. The existing building was underutilized and required an interior renovation to update the front of house of the dining area and to re‐demise the interior space for a new tenant unit. The exterior renovation included a new signage structure tied into the existing roof to provide a more contemporary look and feel.
