The Hard Bean Brunco Co Willoughby project in Langley, BC, involved comprehensive tenant improvements within an existing new commercial base building. Extensive space planning for the new restaurant use with an addition of a mezzanine and exterior patio seating coordination with the City of Langley and Property management was included in the scope of work.
