This project retained an existing house and reworked it into a two-family dwelling with a new rear addition following demolition of the existing rear deck. A new single family infill building was added at the rear of the lot with one enclosed garage and one exterior parking pad, with all work designed to meet new building requirements and sprinklered to NFPA 13D. All units were planned for stratification with independent entries and upgraded life safety coordination.
