This completed major renovation of an existing six-unit multi family dwelling retains the original building form while delivering a refreshed exterior envelope and renewed interior finishes for long term durability. The scope included replacement of exterior cladding, updated millwork and finishes, and targeted deck repairs, with the existing gable roof and projecting bay window maintained to preserve the building’s established street presence.
